My journey transitioned from building lines of code to building
homes. Years spent in the US tech industry instilled valuable lessons,
but it was the yearning to create something tangible, something
that fostered communities, that drew me back to India. My initial
ventures in building schools and commercial projects laid the
foundation for Svadha Group, established in 2015.
As a builder, I’ve always strived to understand the aspirations of
those seeking a place to call home. At Svadha, we go beyond
constructing houses, we build communities. From gated
communities to venturing into villa projects and layouts, potentially
expanding to Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, Svadha remains committed
to building trust, brick by brick, family by family.

industry. With 12 years of enriching experience in construction and an

keen interest in architecture and a visionary outlook, stands as a
testament to his determination, making it one of the most esteemed
